You will need:
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
1/8 teaspoon of turmeric
1 small onion (chopped)
1 tablespoon of tamari
1/2 shredded cabbage
1 cup of nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
8 cups of water or 8 cups vegetable stock
3 cups of cooked rice
2 tablespoon of oil
Instructions:
Fry cabbage, onions and spices for 5 to 8 minutes.
Include rice and yeast. Also, pour in lemon juice, soy sauce or tamari, and water or stock.
Cook in low heat for ten minutes further.
Serve while hot.
Note: You may use 2 cups of chopped kale instead of cabbage.
